Overview

This December, Ozarks Lyric Opera invites you to experience the magic of the holiday season like never before with a special, one-of-a-kind event at the historic Gillioz Theatre.

Join Sir Michael Spyres, world-renowned tenor and OLO Artistic Director, along with Broadway’s Erica Spyres, celebrated soprano Tara Stafford-Spyres, and talented tenor Sean Spyres, as they take the stage with the Missouri Jazz Orchestra (MOJO) to fill the night with festive favorites. And, in the true spirit of family, there will be delightful surprises throughout the evening—including appearances by other Spyres family members (kids included!)—making this a night to remember.

Imagine the warm, nostalgic charm of those classic holiday TV specials—think Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, and Andy Williams—with the stunning musical talent of Springfield's very own Spyres Family. This concert will be more than just unforgettable music; it will be a heartwarming journey back to the holidays of yesteryear, filled with family, tradition, and timeless holiday classics.
